This is a custom designed Engineered Mixer for the agricultural industry. GSIK did the initial discovery with our client's staff on what was needed, designed, prototyped, built the control system & programmed it. The first one went into operation in 2016 and is still running today.

Services We Provide
Structural Analysis
We provide Structural FEA services. Here we are using Space Gass to analyse some equipment for the mining industry. In some cases for smaller items hand calculations are faster, if so, that is what we will do instead. The right tool for the right job.

We produce engineering drawings and carry out part selection, before presenting to the Client. These drawings are used to support fabrication, manufacture and installation, while containing certifications to ensure that the design is fit for purpose and is compliant with the relevant standards.

We provide optional certification reports for client engineers to ensure clarity and compliance.​ This is for a pipe stillage rail car mountable transport frame that can be lifted by crane. Design and analysis of this equipment was undertaken using Solid Works.
